Diabetes and the real remedy

Diabetes is a disease that is not actually a disease but a lifestyle disease; even today, millions of people take medicines for life without thinking and continue to put their lives at risk.

Today I am going to tell you a remedy that can bring your sugar levels to normal within 7 days and can lower your HbA1c in 2 months and if continued for 4 to 6 months, diabetes can also be reversed.

Let’s start then,

  • Food:-
  1. Breakfast- Every morning you can eat any 2 seasonal fruits, and having white pumpkin juice along with it will be even better.
  2. Lunch- Whatever your weight is, take 5% of it as green salad on one plate, for example, if your weight is 70 kg, then take 350 grams of salad and on another plate take 2 rotis with vegetables.
  3. Dinner- You should follow the same in dinner as well.

In this, you don’t have to do much, just do morning walks and focus on yoga as much as possible. I especially recommend Pranayama, Kapalbhati, and mainly Mandukasana.
